Green Bean Tater Tot Casserole

1 lb lean ground beef

1 small onion, chopped

Kosher salt and ground black pepper, to taste

1 tbsp ketchup

1 can Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup

1 can Cut Green Beans

1 1/2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

2 Cups tater tots

Chopped Fresh Parsley, for garnish


1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease a 9-inch square baking dish.

2. Brown the ground beef and onion in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook until no long pink. Drain the fat and season with salt and pepper. Mix in the ketchup and transfer meat mixture to the baking dish.

3. Pour the cream of mushroom soup over the meat and spread into an even layer. Top with the green beans and sprinkle with cheddar cheese. 

4. Arrange the tater tots in rows over the cheese. 

5. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the filling is bubble and the tater tots are golden-brown. 

6. Garnish with chopped parsley.
